Chandrababu won't be able to take any step alone because of pawan kalyan....Pawan kalyan is the person who stood and formed the NDA alliance in Andhra pradesh. If CBN has to take any decision, PK also should say yes to it, basically PK will say NO to it for sure. If CBN goes against to PK opinion things will not go for safour to CBN in andhra pradesh....So, it's mutual coordination and decision making!
