people act like exercising and eating healthy food(which is real food by the way) is the worst thing you could ever try to do. Its not hard and you feel better. Its the way our bodies are meant to function, this mentality is why obesity and general unhealthiness is such an issue. I know this video is just for fun but some people are actually ridiculous lol
