Neighbors concerned over proposed site for Clay County annex

Neighbors near a proposed site of a new Clay County annex at 72nd Street and Antioch Road in Gladstone are growing concerned about the layout of the property. KMBC 9 Investigative reporter Matt Flener spoke to one neighbor who shared his concerns about the renderings.
