Beating on my 99 NB Miata project car w/ 99k miles

We picked up this 99 Miata that needed a lot of work and still does. I was planning on project Miata with an turbo LS swap, but Trackhawk build has to come first.
Meanwhile, I have a 2004 Focus SVT with 212k miles I picked up also for another project.

I’m not tryna sound like a Weiner, however that’s Slow for any 1/4 mile car..:: unless you were bracket racing it … turning in the same speed and time each time you make a pass…. I always thought that these cars ran a bit harder than this ?? I dunno ? Maybe? They were modded or Turboed or something … idk???
