An offer Accepted and Hello Dolly

Chazzy and I fly back to Florida, and we do a little bit of house hunting. We met with the realtor and saw a few homes. From there, I went back to New Jersey.

I have been taking my dad to do some different activities to hopefully spark some interest in him doing these kinds of things as well. I am a huge fan of staying active and doing things even when doing them by yourself and am trying to instill that with Dad too.

We went to see a Hello Dolly at a local community playhouse. The Springfield Theatre is a beautiful colonial style home/building that has been converted into a theatre.

We had a great dinner at Red Lobster and then off to the play.

I then did some business travel to Minneapolis, which was quite nostalgic for me, and I enjoyed it. Then Deb and I put in an offer on a house. It didn't quite meet all of our needs, but we figured, at the price, it would work and had a lot of what we liked. I will show you that house in this video as well. With the offer accepted, we are not going to do a full-blown inspection, and based on that we will see if all is still good — more on that next week.
