Thank you! Weather works now. The key was, permission from Only while using the app to Always.

I did what you said and it still didn’t work. But I had the idea to power off my watch and restart it and it works. Thank you very much.

Pretty sure the settings has changed now. No longer has choose location. For my fenix 7 Pro it's now on the watch.

Mine has accurate weather info on the watchface but the info on the widget is way out to lunch

Garmin needs to do a software update or something that allows weather to auto update to location over GPS

very well explained!!!
But got my 6x pro solar 3 days ago... watched all the touble shooting videos... Gave all the permissions, synch, reset the garmin app (just in case). Bt is connected.... Still, when i get to app widget: same message ''Waiting for data''. Can't figure out what I am not doing right. Any suggestions?? Tks!

For some reason they removed fixed location from connect. Now I can only use the gps location which is somehow always wrong.

How did you get the green lines on the watch? Is it aftermarket or did it come with the watch from factory?

I tried everything, and then manually turned the watch off and back on, problem fixed.
