How did the survey know to pick up the water stations data?

I have made a survey form with inbox enable, my problem is when I refresh the data it prompts a login page. If I log in with my AGOL account it works fine.
Is it possible to edit the data without login first?

Hi,

I have published one Point Feature service to AGOL and then i opened it in the survey123 connect. After enabling the inbox service from the settings, i am trying to publish it again but having error (The custom field service SUBMISSION URL is not compatible with the survey (field geometry not found in survey123))

Global ID is already enabled (ArcCataloge > Right click feature class > manage > enable GUID)

i want to edit the data of feature service in the field. Plz reply
