Got a healthy indulgent PB snack: Coconut milk warmed on the stove with cacao powder, when the powder is liquid, add chia seeds, keep it warm and stirring, add alittle coconut sugar and once dished, top with Organic Peanut butter. 😋

Finally in my second trimester of my first pregnancy and i have such little appetite and so much food aversions. Trying to snack and get good nutrients in when i can. Thank you for some ideas!

I ate avocado toast for breakfast with Dave’s killer bread, everything but the bagel seasoning, red Chile flakes, salt and pepper and for lunch I ate oatmeal with banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, rice puffs, walnuts and pumpkin seeds for toppings!

Congrats!! Oatmeal with nuts really helps keep away leg cramps. Pretty much any day I didn't eat it for breakfast in the 2nd and 3rd trimester, I would wake up in the middle of the night with crazy leg cramps.
