I Created a New Classic WoW Leveling Challenge... (Part 1?)

A new Classic WoW leveling challenge has appeared, created by Nixxiom. Years ago, Nixxiom created for the World of Warcraft community the Lord of the Rings leveling challenge, whose goal was to find a ring before proceeding to destroy it at Blackrock Mountain. However, no Classic version of this challenge has existed... Until now. Using his creativity and love of Classic World of Warcraft, Nixxiom has created for us the Lord of the Rings Classic WoW Leveling Challenge at last! This challenge is sure to offer a unique and fun way to play the game, for those who are interested.

Please note that because this challenge is new and is still being developed, some rules might change over time. We will most likely create a proper ruleset for the LotR Challenge and post them in our community Discord, for those who are interested!

Shouldn't delete gear until lvl 10 and onward, because at that point if you take one more step, you will have traveled farther than you ever have before as that is when you go into the next zone.

Not gonna lie, I felt kind of sad when Nixxiom mentioned he is at his heaviest in his life. I remember some years ago when I frequently watched him and his update videos on losing weight and mountain biking

Glad you finally gave the Gnomes the rogue option, makes the most sense. If you RP as a Samwise type, warrior for sure, but rogue should have been baseline first

As an addtional rule for the no-gear rule for after level 5. You could add a hometown advantage rule (which allows you to keep gear as long you're leveling inside the starting zone). That fixes that no-gear rule after level 5 also in a much more fun way. However, Gnomes have hometown sharing rule instead when leveling in the starting zone. When leveling up, you have to trade 2 random items to another gnome or dwarf player (based on Bilbo finding out people are stealing from his house).

I would've changed some things around, if it's about the fellowship, that the group must contain 1 human, a Gnome with the One Ring being rogue, another as a Warrior, ofc a Dwarf, and an Elf .
Due to being together it causes weariness, due to shared exp rates.
But if the Human dies, he must disband from the group Till level Forty, then return to change the tides of battle, for his friends.
While keeping some dnd aspects like deleting gear on the Dwarf, or saving throws mostly for the Elf, the mage one doesn't make much sense, until level Forty. Or they can't wear shoulders period.
