Both are needed lightly.
Sometimes more..

You have to have especially against attackers.

If you are doing something like production or even just running companies you need to battle those fights inward and at the source of the problem. You can't just do one.
If you have enough force, people will stop. Try to find another way or give up on targeting you. Or you just off em.

Quoting newton’s 2nd law when this is clearly all about newton’s 3rd
