Dear Dylan, this video helped me to understand the concept of loss leader. I already heard you talking about this in your previous videos. What I thought was I need underprice my current items. Which I did and it brings me sales - I'm break even on these items now. My store is quite new and I welcome this traction a lot. We brainstormed many loss leader items we could do, but I feel like we would need to ship in envelope with no tracking or little extra for tracking. As well I suppose we'd need to be prepared for many lost items in mail as well. Any tips for shipping? In Canada the cheapest freight through a discount courier is probably $6-7 CAD for small padded envelope to US or across Canada. Do you think a loss leader can still be over $10 or just has to be a super great price for impulse buyers in it's category. Would you keep the shipping off the advertised price to highlight lower OPP? Or a "free shipping" price advertised. Going to set some up today. Our store only has 12 different items with colors and sizes, and 4 are seasonal that we did keep low to bump our sales numbers, going from 3-5 sales a month to 20. Thanks

I have about 17 sales so far, I turned off all ads in the last two months; they were absolutely a waste if time and money. Seems to be getting great visit, my SEO has been Seo-ing since I change my listings titles after I watch one of your videos, its up 700%. Direct traffic is up 756%, no sales over 1 month an a half. I definitely will be trying one a loss leads or maybe I need to revamp the whole shop🤔🤔
