This seems like a potential horrible idea. If we could live on just the synthetic why don't we have just take vitamins and minerals? We do not know enough to guarantee that all of our needs will be met with synthetic meat. Genetic anomalies can creep in and I'm certain that we can not know all of the intricacies of cellular chemistry and how each process affects our biology. I am all for this research though. Space exploration could benefit

So how does it taste like? fore shank? ribs? T-bone? Fillet? Oxtail? It's obviously more expensive, why should I pay more for an average tasted meat, when meat from animal is literally sustainable for a long period of time?

you think animal slaughter is cruel? How about we say that to a jaguar and educate them to become vegetarian..
