Ringgold Georgia is such a great town, and it’s actually considered a suburb of Chattanooga. It’s small, but it packs a punch in terms of affordable, beautiful homes, and there is so much to do in see both within Ringgold and in nearby towns and cities. Ringgold is just 15-20 minutes away from major shopping areas in Chattanooga and is located right of I-75. The location truly can’t be beat – just hop on the freeway to get to any of the major cities and towns in Northwest Georgia, and you can even take it all the way to downtown Chattanooga and Atlanta as well.

Ringgold is also just 20-25 minutes away from the Chattanooga Airport, and just an 1 ½ hours away from the Atlanta airport. You can truly live in the country with a large home with lots of space and land without having to compromise on location. It offers so much!

The food here is also incredible, and you simply can’t miss the barbeque and the homestyle restaurants that are right inside the Ringgold city limits. Some great places to check out are Thatcher’s BBQ, Spencer’s, and Farm To Fork. You will not leave hungry when you go out looking for great food here!
All-in-all, if you’re looking for a small town feel, and wide open spaces, but you also want to enjoy the city life in Chattanooga, Ringgold is definitely a place you need to consider moving. This place is horrid. I used to live there, if you didn't fit in you were outcast. There is NOTHING, unless you wanna work at SHAW, or Wal Mart. I moved to the Space Coast in Florida and couldn't be happier. With my degree in Cyber Security I have a hard time seeing any opportunities in Ringgold if I had stayed. Plus you are sandwiched between two high-crime areas, Dalton and Chattanooga.
