Gareth Southgate 'surprised' after 36,000 people allowed to attend despite a ban on spectators. 3,600 of those will be adults with the rest being children from schools in Hungary. The Hungarian FA has to stage five games behind closed doors after being disciplined by UEFA and FIFA .
