Our goal with this video is to give you a diverse set of modpacks that you can choose from allowing you to get the modded Minecraft experience that is best for you. That means there are all kinds of different modpacks out there. We even link out to where you can find more modpacks if one on this list isn’t perfect for you.

With that being said, the first modpack on our list is Better Minecraft Forge (BMC4). The goal of the Better Minecraft series of modpacks is to take to a whole new level. The creators of BMC4 set out with the original goal of being Minecraft as it should be. It features over 100 quests, has shader support out of the box, and is overall one of the best ways to experience Minecraft. For example, it has stunning world generation and biomes. There are also tons of new structures, animlas, and monsters, and BMC4 even has minimaps and controller support to truly complete the “Minecraft as it should be” goal.

Next up is DawnCraft. DawnCraft is designed to be an RPG modpack with quests, bosses with unique attack styles and animations. It adds in hundreds of new structures, mobs, and animals. As far as combat goes, there is a souls like combat system which can make for some of the most difficult Minecraft combat that I have ever seen. That’s on top of new biomes and all of the other features DawnCraft adds to Minecraft!

If you are more of a SkyBlock fan, All in One Modded One Block takes SkyBlock to a completely new level. This is like traditional One Block in that you start on an island and break one block in the center of the island over and over again to get resource and start building the island out. However, as you progress, your SkyBlock will turn into different phases. In total, there are 12 phases such as Flatland, Farmland, Underground, Astral, Magic, Nether, and End. This ensures you’re never bored as you progress through this SkyBlock modpack!

Are you a fan of Pokemon? If so, the Pixelmon modpack is for you! It adds in hundreds of Pokemon as well as battling, trading, and breediny Pokemon. There are Poke Balls, Apricorns, gym masters, and more. On top of this, The Pixelmon Modpack also adds in a map mod, and a mod that adds in over 80 additional biomes. This makes Minecraft feel like a completely new Pokemon game instead of Minecraft!

If you are looking for a horror movie style Minecraft modpack, the Cave Horror Project is for you! This is a newer but quickly growing modpack that is designed to be scary. When Minecraft turns night with this modpack, things start to change. New mobs appear such as special zombies and skeletons, and you even get visited by the man from the fog. You aren’t save underground either as you the Cave Dweller may come out to attack you and scare you away from exploring underground!

RLCraft comes with a warning. You are going to die a lot. This is because RLCraft is a realism Minecraft modpack that strives to make Minecraft more challenging and difficult. You have to worry more about resource management while fighting off dinosaurs, dragons, other mobs, and more. There is so much content in RLCraft it truly is insane. There is a reason it is the most popular Minecraft modpack of all time!

Better Minecraft is one of the worst kitchen sink packs made by one of the worst studios in modding and RLcraft is overtop and pretty unfun. Outside of being popular, they offer very little compared to lesser known packs that had 10x the care put into them.

I know the easiest thing to do as a YouTuber is look at the front page and slap together a quick video on the biggest names but that’s sort of dishonest work if we are being real and you know you can do better.
