Nice video, and nice play, I think you played it correctly. The problem was definitely your starting deck, which is pretty unbalanced (can happen with imported chars). That is something you can correct by playing some more and adding cards with the effects you lack (you purchased wisely at the end imo) but changing to a pregen is also a choice, since they are more balanced (and cool and thematic). Otherwise these first adventures will rely more on the luck of the dice, as you just experienced. Hope you upload more plays!

Enjoyed the video! Your first skill check was very unlucky. I'm hoping to get my copy soon! As a side note, the quality is hard stuck @ 480p. It's watchable, but not ideal 🥲

First fight with the Gang of Gnolls you used Cruel to change your black die to a green one but you used in on a 1 space and the die was 2. Should have switched to a blue/red one.
