People bashing on plastic piss me off. I have glass mixing bowls but due to health issues the large one is exhausting to move around and mix in, plus the risk if I drop it. Single use plastic is a different matter (though not one that can be removed completely in all situations) but plastic can be the thing that give people with disability their independent.

I watched documentary about micro and nanoplastics and it did kinda make me reconsider eating out of plastics, mostly the chronic inflammation part… but also the most common way we ingest plastic is from our clothes and fabrics and there’s really no way to avoid it completely

Great idea. I used to love pottery and ceramics, pre having my kids. I made my Mum a 3 set of nesting mixing bowls, 18 years ago and she still has them 😂 Hand painted frangipani flowers and all 😂

I have sets of nesting mixing bowls I made when I was a teenager. And I also have a few very nice large ones that I made. Make yourself some small appetizer plates too. It’s fun. 🎉
