I made a small popcan stove to fit inside this stove. Heats my GSR potful easily. Love the supports idea

These mods are great! No flimsy aluminum foil that you have to fold a bunch of times, the grill is lightweight, and the alcohol dish actually stores in the Esbit when folded and can hold a 27g Fire Dragon ethanol fuel block.

By the way, the Kojin alcohol stove by Trail Designs only fits when the Esbit, small or medium, are folded open. Even with the Kojin lid removed, the Kojin can't be stored in these Esbits. I did manage to fit an empty 20g Vaseline tin with its lid in both the Esbit small and medium folding stoves, but it won't hold a full 27g Fire Dragon ethanol fuel block. So I am definitely going to try the .177 Daisy pellet lid you show here since it stores in these folding stoves. Thank you!

Nice work! A small pop can "penny" alcohol stove will fit in there.

You can use 2mm gage stainless steel wire bended with correct angle instead of flashing steel plate
