I learned we had red-green and blue-yellow cones which explains why we see for example the color red if you have been staring at something green because it runs out of the chemical that lets us perceive that color

I am really new in this field so I wonder from what point a monitor's colorcoverage is considered good.

I have a really big issue i just bought a 144hz monitor and ive got all the settings on 144hz but it feels like 60hz still and also ive tried restoring the pc / factory restore please help or is it my pc that is too bad?

What about YUV? Is it the same as YPbPr?
