The Pasta from 'The Bear' (Spaghetti Pomodoro)

My take on the pasta from FX's 'The Bear' (aka spaghetti pomodoro). This recipe has been blowing up over on my blog recently, so wanted to share with you how I make it!
It highlights tomato as the main flavor. Basil, hot pepper flakes, and garlic all play a supporting role, but tomato is the star of the show. Hope you enjoy this amazing, simple and satisfying meal!

a bit strange as Italian recipe: usually olive online is user, not butter. i am watching the bear. will look forward for these spaghetti. thanks for sharing
