MEATBALL STEW

Stews are the ultimate cold-weather comfort food. 🥘This cozy, hearty autumn stew is very simple to make and everyone enjoys it. I usually make this stew with leftover meatballs. The texture, the colours and the taste, all in one pot! 👌🏽

📝 Ingredients:
⭐️ Meatballs
-300 gr minced meat, 1 onion (grated), 1 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp red pepper powder, salt.
⭐️ 500 gr potatoes
⭐️ 2 carrots
⭐️ 1 large onion, 1 clove garlic
⭐️ 2-3 tbsp tomato paste
⭐️ 600 ml of water
⭐️ 1 tsp salt
⭐️ Parsley

▶️ Instructions:
1- Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs and form small balls. Roll the meatballs lightly on a floured plate.
2-Peel potatoes and carrots, cut them into smaller pieces. Chop onions and garlic.
3- In a saucepan, fry chopped onion and garlic until golden. Add tomato paste, potatoes, carrots and fry them for a couple of minutes. Pour in the water and when the carrots are almost cooked (after about 20 minutes), add the meatballs and let them cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the stove and add a handful of chopped parsley.
