Marine insurance is a form of general insurance policy covering the loss or damage of ship, cargo, hull or any other equipment and transport between the point of origin and final destination of voyage.It works as a contract where the insurer undertakes the responsibility to indemnify the insured in case of any damage or loss as mentioned in policy.

Would freight insurance cover counterparty risk in the event the cargo owner (a commodity trader for example) goes bankrupt whilst the vessel is on voyage? Generally if a cargo owner such as a trader charters a vessel on a voyage charter, the cargo owner would pay the freight at the end of the voyage upon inspection and customs clearance, etc. so the freight operator or shipowner has exposure and without any sort of invoice to be claimed as cargo hasnt been unloaded. If not, would this be covered by the defaulting traders bank, who presumably has issued an LC for the cargo or would that LC only provide security to the cargo buyer? Would this detail be something covered within INCOTERMS such as C&F or CIF?

You are doing good but I suggest you to learn pronunciation of few words which you have used in this video, there is nothing called Hull insurance, that is called as the Hull and machinery insurance, second is P&I insurance, then Cargo insurance.
