V Rising Review

V Rising has been nicely polished up during its dark slumber in Early Access, allowing it to fully rise to the occasion with its excellent boss design and challenging ARPG combat. Keeping the killing rays of the sun and your dwindling blood supply as ongoing concerns is effective and evocative in selling the vampire fantasy, as is the ability to craft the sprawling, spooky estates of my nightmares. And the huge amount of customization available when setting up your own private server practically eliminates the need to do chores that are timed to real-world days in a way that only really makes sense for playing with a larger clan and having those timers going even when you're not online. It's one of the best ARPGs – and one of the best vampire games, in general – of this moonlit age.

Well deserved, thats how EA should be, listening to Player Feedback and dont be Scared to rework whole Game Systems and following a clear Vision for the Game.

After 1.0 I can imagine this game getting at least 94/95% positive reviews on steam, or maybe even overwhelmingly positive

Why is this review so poorly done - Classes/Archetypes mentioned like for 10 seconds, 0 idea on weapons rarity types? Game looks like a 9, your incomplete review is a disaster.

That was at least as much of a chore to listen to as it must've been for him to review. Seriously the most whiney-voiced and just overall jaded-sounding 9.0 review I've ever heard.

Yeah call me a fanboy (of V Rising) if you will, but some of the things talked about and shown indicate this is going to be an amazing gaming experience for a lot of people for a very long time. It really seems they have nailed it and have made a game of a quality we rarely see these days.
