I was seeking 'how to' for debugging with IDE. Now you used the command prompt in order to pass the arguments. But if you would like to pass the arguments in the way they were usable when you press the 'start' button of the IDE, how could that be done?

I'm using 3.8 and it's not working, is there something I need to add like a shebang?
