It’s only thanks to btr and Zainab ma’am that I got most of the radio correct (shift 2). But using btr as the only source is where many made the mistake.

Btr was not worth for scnd paper, there was a time I was thinking why I rely over that only 😢, juniors there is no shortcut for anything go thoroughly atleast do rapid well

Everything from BTR to Nothing came from BTR. 1 full cycle completed. Time to go back to main notes build concepts because this paper pattern is just the beginning. Coming year this trend will continue.

I REMEMBER IT 100%:
Contrast in mouth & Upper 1/3rd esophagus (not entire).
Options were:
Fluoroscopy, Ba swallow, Acid ingestion, Alkali ingestion

Mam ct cross section mein ek IBQ tha 4 cystic masses involving the kidney ek bada cyst along with 3 chote cysts in the left kidney..borders of the kidney were smooth

The question with options as acid ingestion, alkali ingestion, had a different image…..that image was showing Barium swallow, till the chest region…..Uske niche ki image nahi thi….they asked that, what it was

I honestly believe there is nothing wrong with BTR, it was sufficient, but this year the one who made a lot of clinical questions performed better . It was more about how you approach the options. in my opinion BTR along with a standard q bank would have suffice

Also, in the second set, CT CHEST ki do images thi (in context to Mediastinal teratoma wala question), the third image you have show on slide.

Also, ek aur question tha, in which they have shown, Trachea, eaophagus, arch of aorta/ SVC, ( 4 structures), and they were given numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and we had to select the right option. Eg Option A was- 1. Trachea, 2 Esophagus, 3 - Arch of Aorta, 4 - SVC, and other options were interchanged
