1. Arduino Uno
2. LCD Module With I2C Interface
3. IR Proximity Sensor x 2
4. Servo Motor
5. Male To Male/Female Jumper Wires
6. Small Adhesive Breadboard

I have the traditional LCD display which has multiple pins, and another one with 4 pins just like yours.
