I think this was meant to be light hearted about learning a lesson about being rude. But one can't help seeing the deeper horror in this. It's kind of like "the Ring". The only way to get out is to doom the next person.

The curse of the mime. It can’t be destroyed, it can only be passed along. Never say “Watch where you are going you Stupid Mime” to a mime and grab them because that will pass on the curse of the mime.

This film is extremely great. I love the design of mime-girl and the idea itself. Wish i could watch full-length film about these characters.

So something that I really enjoyed about this short after watching it a few times is that if you pay attention to the background anytime we are in the point of view of the guy who becomes the mime everything around him becomes slightly dull to the point where everything looks black and white, while everything he interacts with the wall, the ladder, the moving sidewalk, is all red. I really enjoyed that attention to detail, it's something that didn't had to be added, but gives the short a nice touch!

2. Don't grab onto them after you say that said word.
