FALL IN THE ADIRONDACKS 🏔️🍁 Lake Placid, High Falls Gorge, and More!

In this vlog we are in Lake Placid, New York! Settled in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State, it is a bustling town known for hosting the Winter Olympics in 1932 & 1980, but it is becoming more and more popular for it's beauty during the fall season! The town has a lot of food & shopping options, two beautiful lakes with Mirror Lake & Lake Placid in town, & a lot of hiking options all around the town. It truly is so beautiful during fall & so much to do! The fall colors really stand out along the lakes & we took full advantage of the opportunity to get out on the lake! This is also a very popular winter destination, but we definitely recommend coming to explore for fall!

I love Lake Placid! It was a beautiful place to see the total solar eclipse back in April 2024. I also went to Origin Coffee and got a Sweater Weather latte!
During the warm weather months, you gotta drive up the veterans memorial highway to the top of Whiteface Mountain to check out the amazing views overlooking Lake Placid.
Also, in September there's the Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival near Lake George, NY that's pretty pleasant to attend.
