Bozedar told that Estonia has a strong vision - That's true! BUT you also said that we had at that time young politicians who had IT skills... Question to you: Who was the IT specialist in our government at that time... I am personally very skeptical about that because we didn't have a lot of them...

Are people in Bulgaria are ready for new E-governance systems? Do they trust the government when it is coming to personal data. Is there a possibility, that the Bulgarian government will give permission to citizens that it is not looking into the data unless citizens give their permission?
