It's not really sucking out the gunk, as I've seen in another video (james welsh I think) it's the mask reacting with the oils and creating little beads

A clay mask doesn't "pull" anything outta your skin or pores it just takes the excess oil and sebum which is on your skin already so it doesn't look oily, the oil is already out there it ain't getting pulled out. Recommended for oily skins the most

NoooOOOooO!!! When you’re using clay mask you should never let it dry completely. It only makes you’re skin worse. The best way is to use some toner or rose water (or any kind of scented water) when mask is hardening. That way you can actually see good results.

I feel like this is what all clay based masks look like when dried in areas with larger pores. You're just seeing the pores.

It does not pull anything except oil. Those dots are the pores where the oil in the pores have absorbed the mask.

Chile I been using this mask since 2018 and it’s interesting how it’s a huge trend now. Similar to when everyone was using Aztec clay mask (I still use it lol)
