Thanks. Was missing 2, 5 and 6. Never went back to #2 after getting my mirror teleport ability and the other two were walls I didn't think about hitting and would have been hard to on accident because there's no enemies around them.

Got a problem to reach the second area in Choir of Thorns. Now: I got all the three tokens and spent the first one to reach Profundo Lamento, but when I try to reach the area to the left of the elevator, to spent the second token and go to the secret area of the Sewered Tower, the way is closed and the "lever" is on the other side of the door. How to unlock this door? Did I miss something? I am at 98% of the map and I think I just have to explore the rest of the Sewered Tower to reach the 100%. Thanks! :D
