I ended up so disappointed in every aspect other than the look of it and the screen. Personally, I'd steer more towards a Garmin Instinct 2-series. Got myself an Instinct 2x and it's everything I hoped this would be.

I usually wear this for daily life, but recently I realized the distance this watch tell me was long when I use walking function. This shows 3.2 miles, but GPS equipped garmin shows only 1.25 miles. This watch is always connected to my phone, but I am not sure if it is automatically corrected or not. I won't use this watch for any activities, but except that this is a good daily life tracker.

Polar (which is in collaboration with Casio in the making of DWH-5600) has more reliable and accurate sleep tracking, so I'd personally trust the DWH-5600 more than whatever Garmin you used for reference. But when it comes for the highest level of sleep tracking Apple watches (8 and above) and Oura rings are the real deal. You won't find wearables with more accurate sleep tracking. So, I'd recommend for future videos if you decide to compare sleep results to use an Apple watch as a baseline reference

I would like to watch a updated review video about DW H5600's perfomance after one year.

I got this watch recently and there's some things that got me sad.
Do you know if h5600 has a sleeping Mode turning off the MIP screen while its not being used ?. When i bought it i remember first night i could see that mode but after 3 months it literally did disappear for no reason.

Is there any way to turn off the Bluetooth on the watch without unpairing it with the phone? If the bluetooth on my phone is off, the bluetooth indicator of the watch is non-stop blinking and I want to somehow turn it off without completely unpairing it with the phone. The whole pairing process is too long.
