The twin head blown film machine offers an economic alternative and has a much faster return on investment compared to a monolayer blown film machine installed with an internal bubble cooling system (IBC).

Comparing to extruders with single die head, the two dies mono-layer blown film machine can achieve higher production capacity when producing ldpe and hdpe film roll that are small in width, as the high extrusion output is dispersed into two separate channels of the die heads instead of one.

Polystar designs and customizes the two dies mono-layer blown film machine with different screw diameter and roller width depending on the customers' requirement. The two dies mono-layer blown film machine also allows producers to switch between HDPE and LDPE production as well as producing different film width on the same machine on each winder simultaneously.

With 2 die heads, the extruder can double the capacity compared to a single die head blown film machine.

When producing film rolls that are small in width is hard to control the machine. Duo-X offers the solution to this problem. with an easy start-up and a thickness control system, being operator friendly and with a line speed control, this blown film machine will give you an excellent quality film even for thin films.

A special screw design is used to provide good mixing and stable output for both HDPE and LDPE material. Bimetallic treatment is applied to process a higher percentage of recycled material and CaCO3 compound.

Polystar uses Siemens/ABB energy saving motors for the two dies mono-layer blown film machine, reducing energy consumption up to 5%.
