I haven't been able to deadlift conventional at all for about 5 weeks now. I work up to 275 or 315 and my lat feels weird. Today I tried sumo and bamn deadlifting heavy and pain free again. I did feel a little bit in the lat on a warm up where I tried over under which is how I hurt myself. Left hand under seems to irriate it so I just continued to use straps. Perhaps I'll try right hand under hand or work on some hook grip. Well, it looks like I'll be working hard on sumos for a while and see how that goes.
