Does she even know today is the anniversary of Pearl Harbor. As to, “we should do something about that”, women who are pregnant have a personal responsibility to themselves & unborn children to seek the best possible outcomes: don’t drink, shoot up because it feels good, keep up a risky lifestyle. YOU as a potential have the responsibility to find the best care available (public health, free clinics, community based organizational assistance, parent classes). The government didn’t cause your pregnancy; to wait for or automatically expect them to come to you is not realistic.
