The ‘Holy Grail of shipwrecks’ is set to be recovered from the bottom of the Caribbean Sea.

The Spanish galleon San Jose sank over 300 years ago.

There were 600 sailors on board, all but 11 of whom went down with the ship.

The San Jose is believed to have been carrying 200 tons of treasure.

It is expected that there will be a dispute over who should lay claim to the bounty.

Colombia President Gustavo Petro is hoping to complete the mission before his term ends in 2026.
