Corn starch 1/3cup

Soya sauce 2tbsp
Chilli sauce 1tbsp
Blackpepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1/4tsp or to taste
Oil for fry

Oil 2-3 tbsp
Cashew nuts 10 12 chopped
Dry Red chilli 2
Garlic 1 tbsp chopped
Ginger 1 tsp chopped
Red chilli crushed 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 3/4 cup
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Chicken stock 1/2 cup
Chilli sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Namak 1/4 tsp or to taste
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 3 tbsp
Spring onion 3-4 tbsp
