How can I get support for installing the app? I've tried installing and uninstalling multiple times and I can't get it to work. Support said that I needed to accept the trial and eventual fees for it to work, but I was never prompted to accept such trial and fees, Im extremely frustrated because everytime I ask support I keep getting the same generic response about reinstalling and accept the trial but there's nowhere to accept. Please help!!!
