I LOVE the transitioning music that plays when you're approaching a track that's suuuuch a nice touch, foreshadowing the next track and then seemlessly transitioning into the actual song when you cross the line

I haven’t seen anyone talk about this but I absolutely love the ragdoll effect when you get hit by an item. I didn’t like how in Mario kart 8, you would come to a complete stop when you were hit and stay for a couple of seconds. Here, it looks like there’s a genuine ragdoll mechanic that makes you roll and spin forward and not losing too much momentum. It’s very reminiscent of Double Dash’s damage effect. Looks amazing so far!

As much as I love my Xbox, story-driven rpgs and action-filled epics, I'm so happy that Nintendo is in the business of making games that are just fun. Got my Switch 2 pre-order locked and loaded!

I've noticed Nintendo is going with more "animated and bouncy" visuals in newer mario games, first Mario wonder, now this and Donkey Kong Bananza, I still haven't figured out if this is a good thing or not, but I think I like it.

Good realistic feel along with newer vehicles and atvs and bikes and fictional sponsors, it felt like that the devs at Nintendo has the freedom to do what they want.
