The Tales tour opened with this each night - the whole of the Close To The Edge album. The Frankfurt tapes were among the better ones from the European leg of the tour. Here, the tracks have been further remastered with some added post-production effects leading to the pre-show music recorded at Memphis four weeks previously. The difference in quality is noticeable when the Frankfurt tapes kicks in at the conclusion of the Firebird.
