This video lost all credibility when they said a fruit diet restricts dairy. It's not even natural for human consumption, and if they don't understand that, they have no credibility. Meat and dairy industry have deep pockets

An all fruit diet is simple, for this a person either needs one consultation or even none, which makes the role of a dietician scarce. Of course they suggested a more structured diet, it’s their job.
