This means that the turret's shot is just comming out, hence he has all the time it takes for it to start again. That's why he only takes 1 turret shot durign his dive on Ori. Notice how he dives when turret just shot, and how he waits for the next shot to be fired to a minion to re-engage/scape with his R2. Its the details that set these top tier players appart from the rest. So cool.
