The TSA has a zero tolerance policy for stealing when caught on camera then played on National television - otherwise, it's finder's-keeper's.

Whoaaaa. I can't imagine what kind of husband he must be if he throws his wife into the crossfire like that.

He snitched on his wife and she didn't even steal it...brutal AF....

Ok, so he lost his job, as expected, but were criminal charges of theft brought against him, as they should be? Or did he get away with just a slap on the wrist?

If everyone who lost an iPad set off their alarms it would sound like Jingle Bells at that guy's house.

Man, I feel so safe. Doesn’t know how to turn off an iPad’s ability to be tracked, but he’ll stop those terrorists! TSA is a joke

That guy should be fired by TSA and his wife.

Was he criminally charged like he should have been?

Patriot Act led us here. Imagine if everyone knew TSA hasn't caught a single terrorist.

It’s a bit of a problem they don’t have people monitoring their TSA agents. I work in retail but they still have cameras all over the employee only areas.

Wow Brian is amazing. I was literally cheering for him when he was saying "that can't be true, the last time we saw it it was in your hands." just like some great detective story

My teenage grandson left his Sony PS3 Playstation in its bag at the Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) Airport a few years back. We only discovered it when we got home which is about a 15 minute drive away. On driving back that evening to the airport the PS3 was safely logged in the missing persons desk and they returned it to us after we were able to identify it correctly. They even gave us coffee and cakes wile we waited. It was incredible that no one had pinched it.
