hwag kayong magbook sa traveloka. Worst customer service. May mga double booking kami at itinawag namin sa kanila before the flight sabi aayusin at pagdating ng flight sabi ng airlines ay double booking at sabi na ay hindi double booking. Ayaw lang nilang isoli ang pera ko. At yung flight namin for 17 persons pabalik kami ay cancelled by airlines at sabi do it omline yung refund but it says non eefundable so I emailed them and now when I check my account sa traveloka is refundable na pero the flight ay nung Jan 2022 pa at April na wala pa rin ang refund ko.

Don't ever use this traveloka. Ung flight ko na cancel due sa airplane problem. Tas non refundable. Wala na daw.letche ka traveloka.wala pa makausap na call center. Wag Kayo magbook sa traveloka
