when I was 10, I invited a classmate for my birthday party along with my friends in my neighbourhood. While leaving she said wow, you've so many friends. That was the last year I was an extrovert and had friends. Things have never been the same since then. Over time I became more distant among people, hardly had friends in high school or college and even if I know to interact better with people I still don't feel any connection to people. I have one or 2 friends now but I'm not close to them and have always been a loner. Her words still ring in my ears to this day and that was the first time I started believing in this concept.

Have no idea how I stumbled upon this video but I couldn’t agree more. Visualization also helps to cleanse the mind and bring that lighter feeling into focus. I typically imagine the negativity washing away with the dirt. This guy is awesome!

This will be my first post on this chat. I am thankful for the explanation offered by Sadhguru. My mum has this amazing knowledge of the ancient practice of cleansing, using fire or water. She clings onto this knowledge which was passed down to her by her mother and her granny. We live in a very westernised era here in South Africa and many of the practices of the ancients is all but forgotten. Sadhguru's explanation motivates me to keep this legacy alive. I am thankful for my Mum's knowledge as she has helped so many with this system of cleansing.

The world today is driven in a lower vibratory state that of anger, hatred, jealous etc. So people project onto others with such thoughts, which is a negative energy and can cause much harm. Neither one should project psychically nor accept any psychic projections.
Necessarily one should everyday clean oneself of this psychic energy
