I like the fact that you can drive this full time 4wd like Montero which I own and drive 4wd 4h all the time since 2016. Where my navara and dmax got stuck and couldn't make it up a muddy hill, the diff lock and center diff lock made it an easy climb. I like the navara but a little old design now and boy is the engine noisy. I like the new dmax but not the fact that it lacks a locking differential. The Isuzu acceleration is insane so I'll go with Isuzu if it gets the rear differential lock next year. I know the manual transmission has it but I'm too old to drive a stick

It would have been better if the interior was a direct copy-paste from the Montero Sport instead of this orange mess. I know the fundamental parts are mostly the same, but the little extra details and design elements in the Montero just make the feel and ambience so much better than the Strada despite the shared basics.
