Don't forget to ground first by putting your finger on the electrode, touch the skin with the electrode and then let go. Otherwise you can shock yourself or your client.

I turn it on and the glass wand turns orange, just like in the video, but when I change the intensity it sometimes flashes, sometimes it stays flashing for a few seconds, the orange goes away for a moment and then come back, is it normal?
