Hi...I've always been very psychic and aware of spirits via clairaudience, claircognizence, and clairvoyance, but everything just happened naturally. I recently learned I can do some of these things on demand. I desperately want to learn how to control most of my abilities so I can help more people and hopefully find missing people.

I've been scared of automatic writing, but I've learned we can do things to protect ourselves from negatives. I've already experienced a demonic attachment that not only terrorized me, but also my family and neighbors. It was detached via perhaps the most profound experiences of my life, the Rain Drop technique (also called massage sometimes). It involves prayer from me and the massage therapist. I had NEVER looked it up or was td what to expect, and the therapist didn't know what I prayed for or felt during the session.
It was removed with the help of God's precious angels. My family and I have never experienced that being again!

Sorry for bringing winded. Just relaying my fear of channeling. Aside from prayer, is there anything else I can do for protection?
