embrace hits different. ughhhh such a heavy feeling listening to it... it's cold grey sky but still melancholic yet lifting energy. i was living in Poznan(poland) last spring and i used to live by the river. it was where i used to go after work. freezing cold but still enjoyed the walk with that in my headset.

I was getting into this song and many others through TikTok, if I haven’t kept my Instagram account, I would have forgotten about it…this version of these songs by Pastel reminds me of when I was living in NJ, winter of 2020…my father in law was sick, divorce between my ex wife and I was starting to unfold…my father in law passed away, I ended up in therapy, and my wife got her divorce. I’m still trying to process all those events, almost 3 years later…and the sounds of Pastel sped up, actually help me cope with loss.
