Healthy Hero Kid: Charles Finley IV

Charles Finley IV is a dedicated second grader at Martin B. Anderson School No. 1. To stay healthy Charles loves to play sports, especially hockey. During the winter months, Charles plays defense for the Rochester Youth Hockey Junior Amerks and volunteers as goalie for the Genesee Youth Hockey Club.

"Hockey is one of my favorite sports because it keeps me active and helps me stay healthy", says Charles.

Charles gets his heart pumping for at least an hour every day. He knows that staying hydrated is key to success on and off the ice, and that's why he always keeps a water bottle nearby.

Charles IV proves he is the perfect Healthy Hero Kid by sharing his passion for sports and encouraging others to get active.
